Forever’s WARPATH launch trailer is here

Forever’s countdown now has a music video of its own. The official World of Warcraft channel released the WARPATH animated launch trailer on October 27, made in partnership with Brunch Studio. Its soundtrack is End of You, performed by Poppy, Amy Lee and Courtney LaPlante. Official video and credits.

The preview image centres on an illustrated Orc and a gold-framed Forever identity, giving the launch anticipation a distinctive visual face. The card below leads to the full video on the official channel.

YouTube’s publication metadata lists a duration of 3 minutes 36 seconds. The music credits also name Sumerian Records and Virgin Music Group. The description invites players to rally a party and enter Forever with a WoW subscription or game time. Original release.

A launch video can be enjoyed as a small work in its own right: music and animation build anticipation before a character begins that first journey. Our editorial interest is in the mood viewers take into their own start. We are not treating promotional imagery as confirmation of new mechanics or future plot developments.

Check the launch time in your calendar

Blizzard’s confirmed global launch is November 4 at 15:00 PST, or 23:00 UTC. That means November 5 at 00:00 CET and 01:00 in Finland. Before then, it is worth agreeing on a ruleset and an opening-night schedule with friends. Character creation and name reservation are separate from the game’s launch; releasing a trailer does not merge those events.

Find your people through the Portal Room

On the same day, Blizzard introduced the WoW Portal Room to players preparing for Forever. It is the official World of Warcraft Discord server, where community Ambassadors help people find communities suited to how they enjoy the game. Official introduction and invitation.

It is a place to connect with people and communities. Our suggestion is to decide whether you want relaxed questing company, a regular group or roleplay companions before introducing yourself. That gives a conversation more direction than “looking for a guild”. A music video can set the mood; finding your group can turn the wait into a shared plan.
