Labyrinth of Kindo’jan: a guide to your first long Delve expedition
Find the entrance, understand three-chamber milestones and keys, and separate confirmed rewards from open questions before your first Labyrinth run.
The Labyrinth of Kindo’jan gives Delve players a reason to plan an expedition. Its nine chambers offer a longer progression, while Blizzard says shorter visits can also provide rewards. The most useful decision for a first evening is your own objective: learn the place, improve your character, or push as far as possible?
Midnight’s patch 12.1.5 Labyrinth takes place in an ancient Amani funerary complex. Valeera accompanies the player, while intruding Vilebranch and restless spirits establish the premise. Blizzard describes a dedicated progression system and access to Myth-track equipment. Official update notes.

Before entering, decide what you want from the run
Distinguish the Labyrinth from The Unbinding of Kith’ix raid in the same update. Kindo’jan’s expedition and the Kith’ix raid encounter are separate activities, even if the names blur together when skimming patch coverage. This guide concerns the Labyrinth. Blizzard’s content overview.
Method places the entrance in Eversong, near Zul’Aman: /way #2395 63.05 72.30. Method’s location and progression guide.
Our suggestion for a first visit is to learn the environment at a difficulty that leaves attention for more than emergency survival buttons. When staying alive consumes all your concentration, dangerous enemy abilities and useful landmarks become easy to miss. Reconsider the difficulty after you understand what is actually stopping your progress.

Three milestones for understanding rewards
Method’s preview awards one Bountiful Coffer and one Delve’s worth of Great Vault progress per three chambers. Coffers require Bountiful Coffer Keys. This table covers those two reward categories, rather than all loot.
| Chambers | Total Bountiful Coffers | Vault progress in Delves |
|---|---|---|
| 3 | 1 | 1 |
| 6 | 2 | 2 |
| 9 | 3 | 3 |
The same guide says three Mythical Soul Fragments produce a Venerated Loa Armament, used to select Myth-track armour. The frequency of the fragment-granting quests remains unconfirmed. Method’s reward details and stated uncertainty.
Keep three questions separate: what can you open during a run, what requires a key, and what accumulates through quests? These are different reward paths. In particular, a promise of a specific weekly Myth item cannot be built on a schedule that the source itself leaves unresolved.
A practical plan for the first evening
Start with a brief check: how many keys do you have, which equipment slots would you like to improve, and how much time can you spend? This clarifies whether the visit matters for rewards, learning new content, or both. Everything need not happen in a single session.
Proceed one fight at a time and keep your interrupts and defensive abilities in mind. When something goes wrong, identify it before the next attempt. Did you die to a repeated ability, pressure from several enemies, or a crucial personal ability being unavailable? A specific answer is more useful than a general promise to be more careful next time.
This is general practice advice, rather than a verified strategy for an individual boss. A preview could easily promise a complete answer to every encounter, but for content still subject to changes, learning what each attempt tells you is a more useful starting point.

When to continue and when to return later
Long content can make stopping feel like wasting an entire evening. The nine-chamber structure is also a learning journey, however. If you return knowing the entrance, several enemies and your own difficult moments, the next expedition begins from a different position.
Our suggestion is to choose a point for reconsidering the run before you start, perhaps after the first clear milestone. Check the remaining time, your concentration, and whether another attempt is still teaching you something. When fatigue causes the same mistake repeatedly, a break may advance your progress more effectively than one more hurried pull.
At release, the main details to check are the actual quest schedule, reward requirements shown in the game, and how the selected difficulty affects your progression. Once those are established, the expedition can become a repeatable plan. For the first visit, a realistic objective and curiosity about the next chamber are enough.
