急救是簡單的 secondary profession，為所有 class 提供 bandage 治療。TBC 階段使用 Runecloth 和 Netherweave Cloth。
記住: 精確的衝等路線永遠取決於你所在伺服器的價格。把這些階段當作框架，如果某類材料明顯過貴，就改用其他 craft。
技能階段
1-75 · Apprentice
Linen bandage 能快速提升開局。
- Leveling 時不要把 cloth 賣給 vendor。
- First Aid 很適合隨角色成長一起提升。
75-150 · Journeyman
Wool 和 Silk 推向下一階段。
- Bandage 實際使用也有幫助，因此 craft 不會浪費。
- 按時取得 trainer 或書籍升級。
150-225 · Expert
從 Silk 到 Mageweave。
- 如果 cloth 昂貴，就隨著 leveling 和 dungeon 逐步提升 First Aid。
- Mageweave 可能因為 Tailoring 而競爭激烈。
225-300 · Artisan
Runecloth bandage 推到 Classic-cap。
- Runecloth 也大量用於其他用途，所以提前保存。
- 對 PvP 和 solo 玩家來說，這是非常有用的區間。
300-375 · Master / Outland
Netherweave Bandage 和 Heavy Netherweave Bandage 推到 TBC-cap。
- TBC First Aid 透過書籍學習，不只依賴普通 trainer。
- Netherweave 應在 Tailoring 和 First Aid 之間有計畫地分配。
