Another Ula’tek nerf · two M+ dungeons also get enemy-forces fixes

The latest fix list is worth a glance before your next raid night or keystone. This time, there is both a measurable reduction and a repair whose value will not appear on a damage meter: being able to trust a dungeon’s completion requirement.

What is in the new update?

The September 21 hotfixes reduce Ula’tek’s Stone Venom damage by 40% on every difficulty with weekly restarts. Lindormi’s Guidance is corrected in Den of Nalorakk and Altar of Fangs to avoid leaving enemy forces short. Evoker’s Unravel also receives fixes.

Do not read too much into one percentage

A nerf announcement can quickly turn into a promise of an easy kill in guild chat. We would start with a different question: what actually ended your last attempts? Was it survival, positioning, an interrupt, or a few important instructions that somebody missed?

Review one failure at a time. Comparing only total damage or healing can hide the moment an attempt went wrong. That is our suggestion for discussing logs and recordings, not a new Blizzard strategy instruction.

The Stone Venom figure is not a 40% reduction to all boss damage. Timing matters as well: a change tied to weekly restarts should not be assumed to be active everywhere immediately.

Bring an observation, not a guessed new route

For an M+ group, we suggest a simple way to document an unexpected finish: take a screenshot and note the dungeon, key level and time. It gives you something concrete to compare with the next run.

We would not publish new pull counts or an enemy-forces table from this short announcement alone. A fix list is not a route test. Keep dates attached when comparing performance data, too: runs from different weeks should not automatically be treated as identical conditions.
