Meet Darkspear Islands · how Forever's new 15v15 battleground works
Four capture points and a flag in the centre. Darkspear Islands brings two PvP objectives together on one island battleground.
Chasing the flag is not the whole objective on Darkspear Islands. Blizzard's new battleground overview explains the previously announced 15v15 map. It is for levels 30–60, with victory at 2,000 points.
Bases and a flag in the same match
Four capture points generate points. The central flag is returned to a base your team controls.

That suggests an interesting team question: who stays to defend when everyone else wants the flag? Before a first match, we would agree how to request help and who watches the rest of the map. This is preparation advice, not a tested winning strategy.
Where to join and what to work towards
Queue through capital battlemasters or the Barrens bases. The reputations are Darkspear Raiders and Theramore Expeditionary Force. Rewards include equipment and consumables; Exalted unlocks a short questline for the faction tabard.
When choosing a reward, we would start with a personal goal. Are you collecting something, or filling a gap in your current equipment? Decide that before the next purchase becomes just another colourful icon in your bags.
Keep reputation separate from PvP rank
Broader progression is another topic. Our Forever PvP overview explains the relationship between Honor, ranks and equipment purchases.
We are not promising an Honor-per-hour figure or naming the fastest reward route here. That comparison needs match data. A more useful goal for your first evening is simpler: learn to notice when your team needs you somewhere other than the biggest fight.
