Overlords of Outland being live changed the weekly rhythm. Phase 1 cleanup was no longer the main job. Raid groups now had SSC and The Eye on the calendar, plus a pile of side systems that feed into readiness.
What changed for the week?
Progression nights now compete with attunement cleanup, heroic runs, daily hubs, crafted gear and profession recipes. A player who only checks the raid instance may miss half of what affects preparation.
Where should groups focus?
Start with access and assignments. Make sure players can enter the raids, know which bosses are being targeted and understand the wipe-risk mechanics before the pull timer starts.
Why this is not just a content unlock
A new phase changes guild logistics. Loot priorities, bench planning, alt gearing and farming expectations all move at once. That is why the first week should be planned like a launch, not like one more farm reset.
